On 23 and 24 October, Picart had the honour of organising a business convention at its new facilities in Llinars del Vallès, where it met with 25 representatives from 16 national distributors. This event was a unique opportunity to strengthen relations with our distributors and for them to get to know, first hand, the new facilities and the equipment with which Picart brings each of its products to life.
Business convention
The main purpose of the convention was not only to showcase our new facilities, but also to present the exciting launches we have in mind for 2025. During the two days, key activities were held to achieve these objectives. The first was a guided tour of our factory, where attendees were able to explore the improvements to our infrastructure and see the heart of Picart: our production line. This visit allowed distributors to see first-hand the level of quality and dedication we put into every stage of production.
The second core activity was a meeting to discuss upcoming launches and projects for 2025, with a special focus on the restyling of our high premium range. This restyling not only aims to adapt to an ever-changing market, but also to meet the needs of end customers even more precisely. At Picart, we understand the importance of keeping up with market demands and trends, which is why the launch of these new products promises to strengthen our position and that of our distributors.
Distributors
One of the key messages communicated to the attendees was our commitment to become their brand of reference. At Picart, we want to be their number one choice, and to this end, we are open to working on increasingly customised projects that respond to the specific demands of each market. We firmly believe that a solid relationship with our distributors allows us to achieve joint success, so this convention also served as a space to listen to their valuable feedback.
Our distributors are the direct link to end consumers, and thanks to their experience in the market, they are able to give us first-hand feedback and suggestions from our customers. This exchange of information is crucial for Picart, as it allows us to make continuous improvements to our products and ensure that we are meeting the expectations of those who trust our brand. The direct and close bond we establish through these events strengthens our collaboration and helps us work towards a common goal: improving the quality of life of our beloved furry friends.

The Picart trade convention was also an excellent opportunity to forge closer ties with our distributors, beyond emails and phone calls. Being able to meet face to face and share impressions in a relaxed atmosphere has undoubtedly strengthened our relationship, and allowed us to strengthen our mutual commitment to joint growth.
