Picart Select DIET Renal for cats is a complete and balanced food, made with ingredients of natural origin and added vitamins and minerals, indicated to support renal function in case of chronic renal insufficiency, for all breeds and at any stage of life. It also supports the reduction of the formation of oxalate stones, which are very common in cats, such as struvite stones.

For an adequate treatment of oxalate stones, a suitable diet is highly recommended because, among other factors, overweight and a sedentary lifestyle in cats influence the formation of these problems.

Picart Select Diet RENAL for cats is designed to support renal function in case of chronic renal insufficiency. It contains selected protein sources and a moderate level of protein (chicken as animal protein and wheat, plasma and hydrolysed yeast as vegetable proteins) to support the renal health of cats. Chicken proteins are also used for their high digestibility.

Oxalate urine stones form when the urine contains more oxalate substances than the fluid capable of diluting them. They are unable to dissolve and are very common in cats. Picart Select Diet RENAL is formulated to help reduce the formation of oxalate stones through the effect of its ingredients with urine alkalising properties (tripotassium citrate).

Picart Select Diet RENAL is designed to care for cats’ renal health due to its moderate, highly digestible protein content and low level of high quality phosphorus. With fatty acids (linoleic acid) to support the immune system and for adequate energy levels.
